Our free roster flip and shift recovery calculators are designed to run in your browser. The shift times and sleep settings entered into those tools are processed locally on your device and are not stored by RosterRest.io.
The personal roster planner currently processes roster details in your browser to generate a PDF report and calendar file. If payment processing is added, payment will be handled by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. RosterRest.io does not store or process your card details directly.
The corporate roster audit feature may require uploading roster data that includes employee names, employee IDs, crew, site, role, shift dates, start times, and end times. This information is used to validate the roster, calculate fatigue-risk indicators, and generate audit reports.
Our intended processing model is temporary report generation. Uploaded roster data should only be retained for as long as needed to generate, deliver, troubleshoot, or verify the purchased report, unless a future feature clearly asks for longer storage and receives user approval.
Paid products may use Stripe or another payment processor. Payment providers may collect information such as your name, email address, billing details, transaction amount, and payment method details. Their handling of payment data is governed by their own privacy and security policies.
Reports generated by RosterRest.io may contain the roster information you provide, calculated sleep windows, fatigue warnings, audit summaries, and related planning data. You are responsible for ensuring uploaded files do not contain information you are not authorized to provide.
Paid PDF report files may be retained temporarily in private server storage for report delivery, support, and download recovery. Calendar files are generated for customer download and are not intended to be retained unless needed for support or a requested delivery feature. Temporary files are intended for routine deletion once they are no longer needed for those purposes.
RosterRest.io may use cookies, analytics tools, advertising networks, or affiliate links to understand site usage and support the free parts of the site. These services may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location.
RosterRest.io may also use first-party visit logging to record basic page-view information such as page visited, referral source, campaign parameters, browser type, screen size, language, timezone, and a shortened or hashed IP reference for security and traffic review.
